To create a new outcome set within the Milestone system, you will click the New Outcome Set option that is provided on the Outcomes page.
You will then be provided with a pop-up window, where you will enter the name of your new outcome set, and optionally a Framework Keycode or Description. After entering the necessary information, you will then click the Save New Set button to create your outcome set.
