To retire a user, you will navigate to the Members tab within your issuing organization, and then click on the category of user that you would like to retire. Once you have located the user that you would like to retire, you will click on the User Actions drop-down provided, and then you will select Retire User.

After retiring a user within your organization, they will then appear within the Retired tab found within the Members page. If you need to change a retired user back to an active user, then you will select the User Actions drop-down provided, and then the Make Active option that is provided.
