Within Milestone, there are two ways to go about changing one's own password. The first option is to access the My Profile page and then click on the Password option provided on the left hand side of the page. You will then enter your old password into the Old Password field provided. You will then provide a new password into both the New Password and New Password Confirmation fields. Once the system has confirmed that your new password matches in both fields then you will click Change Password to complete the password change process. You will then be able to use your new password to log-in to Milestone/Achievement Studio.
The second method for changing one's own password, is to request a password change through the Milestone log-in page, via the Reset Password option that is provided.
After selecting Reset Password, enter the email address that is associated with your Milestone account in the field provided. After entering your email address, select the Reset Password button to have an password-reset email delivered to your email address. This email contains a link that will direct you to the password reset page where you can change your password.
